🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer (Immediate Joiner)
Are you passionate about simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content? We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team in Bangalore!
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Work Mode: Hybrid
⏳ Experience: 4+ Years
⚡ Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain:
- User guides, admin guides
- API documentation (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger)
- Release notes, FAQs, knowledge base articles
- Work with Engineering, Product, and QA to gather and validate information
- Convert complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation
- Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides
- Ensure version control and consistency across all documents
- Align documentation with product releases and updates
Requirements:
- 4–6 years in technical writing (software/product environment)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile
- Experience in API documentation (REST, JSON, Swagger)
- Hands-on with tools: Confluence, Markdown, MadCap Flare
- Familiarity with Git/version control
- Basic knowledge of programming (Java/Python)
- Excellent writing, structuring, and editing skills
