Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, training manuals, and enterprise learning content.
- Develop engaging training collateral using content authoring and Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) tools such as Whatfix.
- Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Plan and execute training communication strategies, including training announcements, invites, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage training plans, timelines, logistics, and learning deliverables.
- Coordinate Train-the-Trainer programs and support enterprise learning initiatives.
- Build, test, and maintain training materials while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track training completion, learner progress, and training effectiveness through LMS platforms.
- Identify knowledge gaps and implement continuous improvements to training content and communication processes.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in Technical Writing, Enterprise Learning, or Training & Communications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with content authoring tools such as Whatfix, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone).
- Knowledge of SCORM standards and enterprise learning methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and content development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the Marine industry is an added advantage.
