Position Overview
We are seeking a Content & Technical Writer with multimedia expertise to drive documentation,
marketing content, and product storytelling for our AI/ML-powered Healthcare RCM platform. This
hybrid role combines technical writing, audio/video production, content strategy, and digital marketing
to showcase products, enable adoption, and amplify the brand.
The role focuses on creating high-quality technical documentation, video tutorials, product trailers,
webinars, whitepapers, and social content while ensuring technical accuracy and compliance (HIPAA,
SOC 2, GDPR). This position directly influences product visibility, client engagement, and market
adoption.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Documentation:
Produce detailed user manuals, API guides, integration documentation, and internal knowledge
base content for AI/ML, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, RPA, and cloud-based workflows.
Maintain audit-ready, compliant documentation supporting healthcare regulations.
Translate complex workflows and models into accessible formats for engineers, analysts, and
clients.
Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop product storytelling and go-to-market content strategies to digitize and engage target
audiences.
Create blogs, whitepapers, social posts, newsletters, webinars, and other thought leadership
content highlighting AI/ML and RCM solutions.
Plan content calendars aligned with product launches, feature updates, and marketing
campaigns.
Multimedia Production:
Produce audio and video content: product trailers, demo videos, tutorials, webinars, and
explainer videos.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to create visual assets, animations, and
infographics for technical and marketing purposes.
Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and technical accuracy across all multimedia outputs.
Digital Marketing Enablement:
Work with marketing and product teams to digitize product presence and expand outreach
through blogs, social media, videos, and campaigns.
Monitor content performance using analytics and optimize for engagement and adoption.
Identify opportunities to repurpose technical content for marketing channels.
Collaboration & Governance:
Partner with AI/ML engineers, Data Scientists, RPA developers, and Product Managers for
accurate content creation.
Maintain documentation standards, templates, and workflow guides.
Ensure version control, CI/CD for documentation, and knowledge management.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems,
Communications, Media, or Marketing.
5–12+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, multimedia production, or
marketing communications, preferably in AI/ML, Healthcare IT, or RCM.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, RPA, ETL, and cloud platforms.
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into audio/video/interactive content.
Experience with HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR compliance in content creation is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise:
Programming / Technical Understanding: Python, SQL, R, basic familiarity with AI/ML models
and pipelines
AI/ML & LLM Ops: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Agentic AI frameworks
Cloud & Data Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Redshift
RPA Tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
Documentation & Writing Tools: Confluence, Jira, MadCap Flare, Markdown, Git, DITA XML
Multimedia Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator), Camtasia, Figma,
Canva, Loom, OBS Studio
Digital & Content Tools: SEO, WordPress, HubSpot, social media management, email campaigns
Skillset:
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical and marketing content.
Ability to convert complex AI/ML, RCM, and Agentic AI workflows into engaging multimedia
content.
Strong content strategy, digital marketing, and product storytelling skills.
Collaboration & stakeholder management across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Attention to compliance, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Ability to analyze content performance and optimize digital engagement.
Strategic Impact:
Drive adoption of AI/ML and RCM solutions through accessible technical content and engaging
