Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as part of the Technical Voice Process team, based in Chennai. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting customer queries related to technical issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include adhering to established quality control measures, following standard operating procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvements. The role may also require training and upskilling efforts to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues effectively
- Quality Control and Process Engineering capabilities to ensure adherence to standards and continuous process improvements
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance to preemptively address system issues and enhance efficiency
- Experience in Training and upskilling team members to maintain high performance standards
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- Previous experience in a technical support or similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent technical qualifications is preferred
