Role Overview
As a Technical Training Specialist , you will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality technical content, training modules, and presentations that empower teams of Trainers. This role is ideal for professionals who combine scientific knowledge with strong communication and digital skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical content development: Create manuals, SOPs, training guides, and digital learning materials.
- Training support: Develop and facilitate the execution of training programs.
- Presentation design: Build engaging PowerPoint presentations and e-learning modules.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional team to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Knowledge management: Simplify complex scientific concepts for effective dissemination across the programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.
- Experience: 5–8 years in pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance.
- Skills:
- Strong command of computers and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in technical training is a strong advantage.
