Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Technical Training Manager. The Technical Training Manager will design and implement training programs, ensuring that technicians are equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills. Responsibilities include managing training sessions, developing curriculum for technical and operational training, assessing learning outcomes, and continuously enhancing training materials. The role will work closely with other departments to align training strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training Management and Training & Development
- Proficiency in conducting Technical Training and hands-on learning sessions
- Familiarity with using and managing Learning Management Systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs
- Experience in technical fields, particularly in appliance maintenance or repair, would be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
