Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainers (Fresher) role based in Coimbatore. The Technical Trainer will deliver entry-level technical training sessions, support curriculum implementation, and assist in designing learning materials aligned with course objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing and conducting classroom or lab sessions, clarifying technical concepts for learners, assessing participant progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with senior trainers, updating content based on new technologies or tools, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment for students and professionals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work as a Technical Trainer with foundational knowledge relevant to the role.
- Skills in Training & Development, including planning and facilitating learning sessions.
- Experience or strong interest in Technical Training, focusing on practical, hands-on instruction.
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to explain concepts clearly and support learners.
- General Training skills such as session management, learner engagement, and basic assessment.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering) preferred.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt training content accordingly.
- Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore with a collaborative, learner-centric mindset.
