We are hiring Trainers across Tamil Nadu to scale our academic delivery across partner institutions. This role goes beyond traditional teaching - it is focused on driving measurable student outcomes, especially placements.
As a Technical Trainer, you will work directly with students in a structured on-campus environment, delivering industry-relevant learning, hands-on practice, and placement-focused preparation.
Success in this role means:
- Students consistently improving in coding, problem-solving, and aptitude
- High engagement and low drop-off in your batches
- Strong placement outcomes from your trained cohorts
This role is a key part of our mission to bridge the gap between college education and industry expectations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured theory + practical sessions in your domain (Java, DSA, C/C++, Python, MERN, AI/ML, or Aptitude/Soft Skills)
- Manage end-to-end academic batches on-campus, ensuring consistency and discipline
- Train students for placement readiness, including coding, problem-solving, and aptitude
- Design and conduct assessments, assignments, and mock tests
- Provide doubt-solving support and personalized guidance to students
- Track and improve student performance metrics across batches
- Collaborate with internal teams to align curriculum with industry expectations
- Conduct demo sessions and maintain high teaching quality standards
Qualifications
- M.Tech Passed out or Pursuing
- Strong in at least one domain Java, Data Structures & Algorithms, C/C++, Python, MERN Stack, AI/ML, Quantitative Aptitude, or Verbal Ability
- 0ā5 years of experience in teaching, training, or relevant industry roles
- Ability to explain concepts in a clear, simple, and structured manner
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable handling live classroom environments
- Willingness to work in on-campus roles in Tamilnadu
- Candidates ready to deliver immediate demo sessions will be preferred
Work Structure
- Teaching Load: 24 hours/week
- Classroom Delivery: ~4 hours/day
- Mode: On-Campus (Full-time engagement)
