Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer based in Jaipur. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, facilitating workshops, and creating engaging training materials. They will conduct in-depth analysis to identify student learning needs, provide guidance on technical concepts, and assess the progress and performance of trainees. The role also involves working closely with the program team to ensure training modules are effective and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer
- Expertise in Training & Development, with a proven ability to design and deliver effective learning programs
- Strong Communication and presentation skills for engaging and motivating learners
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and working with diverse student groups
- Ability to adapt training methodologies based on varying learning needs and levels
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus
