Role Description
This is a contract-based on-site role for a Technical Trainer - SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) + ITIL + Gen AI, located in Pune Division. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training sessions in SRE, ITIL, and Generative AI, ensuring participants gain an in-depth understanding of these domains. Key responsibilities include creating training materials, assessing learner outcomes, conducting interactive workshops, and providing mentorship to participants for their career advancement in the respective fields.
Qualifications
- Experience as Technical Trainers with strong expertise in SRE, ITIL, or Generative AI concepts
- Proven skills in Training & Development for diverse learners and teams
- Proficiency in Technical Training with the ability to create impactful training content and programs
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way
Additional qualifications:
- Up-to-date knowledge in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), ITIL frameworks, and Generative AI trends
- Certifications in ITIL, SRE, or related fields are a plus
- Ability to inspire and mentor learners for career development
- Previous experience in on-site training environments is beneficial
