Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Retail Pharmacy Technical Trainer to drive capability building across our pharmacy network. This role involves delivering structured training programs, ensuring SOP and regulatory compliance, and enhancing overall store-level performance.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for pharmacy staff
- Design and update training modules on:
- Drug knowledge and dispensing practices
- Retail pharmacy operations
- Inventory and cold chain management
- Regulatory compliance (CDSCO, State Pharmacy Acts)
- Conduct assessments and track trainee progress
- Support store audits and ensure SOP adherence
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams
- Travel across assigned regions for training delivery
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Indian pharmacy regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Training & Development (TTT / L&D certifications)
- Exposure to multi-store retail pharmacy chains
Experience Required
- 3–7 years in retail pharmacy operations
- Minimum 1–2 years in training, coaching, or mentoring role preferred
