Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer based in Delhi, India. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and assisting teams in adopting new technologies or processes to ensure organizational growth and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Training and Training & Development frameworks
- Experience in providing Loan Management System or Loan Origination System (LMS/LOS) Training to Credit/Collection/Sales/Finance & Ops Department.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in analyzing training needs and creating relevant content
- Ability to assess learning outcomes and adapt training strategies as needed
- Familiarity with NBFC operations and financial products is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role
