💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Trainer who can deliver practical, real-time training and mentor students to become job-ready.
➤ Conduct hands-on training in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
➤ Design structured learning paths & training materials
➤ Mentor students in coding, debugging & system design
➤ Track progress and give continuous feedback
➤ Keep content updated with latest industry trends
🎯 What We’re Looking For
➤ Experience as a Technical Trainer or strong industry experience
➤ Strong skills in Java Backend / Software Development
➤ Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA, MySQL, Git, and backend system design
➤ Good communication & teaching ability
➤ Passion to guide and mentor students
