Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Trainer (Java) to deliver high-quality training sessions and mentor aspiring developers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Work Details
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office only)
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Java, Core Java, Advanced Java, and Spring Framework
- Teach real-time project development and industry best practices
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and coding exercises
- Guide candidates on interview preparation and coding standards
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Stay updated with latest technologies and integrate them into training
- Mentor and support learners throughout their training journey
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Java (Core + Advanced)
- Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot & Microservices
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer or Mentor is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Monthly Bonus
