Role Description – Technical Trainer (HFT)
AlgoTutor is looking for a Technical Trainer (High-Frequency Trading) for a part-time visiting faculty role based in Bangalore.
This role involves delivering engaging and comprehensive technical training sessions focused on HFT concepts. You will work closely with students in a structured learning environment, ensuring strong conceptual understanding and practical exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions on High-Frequency Trading concepts
- Conduct live classes and hands-on workshops
- Develop and refine training materials and curriculum content
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical exercises
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship
- Collaborate with the curriculum and training teams for continuous improvement
Engagement Details
- Location: College Campus near Electronic City, Bangalore
- Session Duration: 2 hours per session
- Frequency: 2 sessions per week
- Compensation: Competitive pay
- Travel Allowance: Provided (if required)
- Stay Arrangement: Available (if needed)
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in technical training with prior experience as a trainer
- Proficiency in Training & Development and curriculum design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in delivering live and online sessions
- Ability to assess student progress and provide actionable feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge or experience in High-Frequency Trading (HFT) or related domains is a strong advantage
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and building future tech talent
