Technical Trainer (Faculty), Location Bhopal (onsite)
We are looking for passionate and industry-driven trainers to join Cybrom Technology (Bhopal) and mentor the next generation of tech professionals.
- MERNSTACK / NEXT.JS Trainer
- Java DSA Trainer
- Python Django Trainer
- AI - ML, GEN AI Trainer
🟢 1. Python Django Trainer
Role Overview:
Train students in backend development using Python and Django with a strong focus on real-world applications and project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on training in Python, Django, and REST APIs
- Guide students in building real-world web applications
- Teach database integration (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Conduct live coding sessions, assignments, and assessments
- Mentor students on projects and internships
Required Skills:
- Strong command of Python & Django framework
- Experience with REST APIs, ORM, and MVC architecture
- Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Experience in deploying applications (AWS/Hostinger/etc) is a plus
Experience: 1–4+ years (Teaching or Industry)
🟡 2. Java DSA Trainer
Role Overview:
Focus on building strong programming and problem-solving skills in students using Java and Data Structures & Algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Core Java + Advanced Java concepts
- Deliver in-depth training on DSA (Arrays, Trees, Graphs, DP, etc.)
- Conduct coding practice sessions (LeetCode-style problems)
- Prepare students for technical interviews & coding rounds
- Design assignments and mock interviews
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java & OOP concepts
- Deep understanding of DSA & problem-solving
- Familiarity with competitive coding platforms
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience: 2–5+ years
🔵 3. AI-ML & Gen AI Trainer
Role Overview:
Train students in modern AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on ML, DL, NLP, and Gen AI
- Teach tools like Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenAI APIs
- Guide students in building AI-based projects (chatbots, automation, etc.)
- Introduce real-world AI use cases and workflows
- Stay updated with latest AI trends
Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning & AI
- Experience with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT APIs, LangChain, etc.)
- Knowledge of data handling, model building & deployment
- Practical project experience is a must
Experience: 2–6+ years
🟣 4. MERN Stack + Next.js Trainer
Role Overview:
Train students in full-stack development using the MERN stack along with modern frameworks like Next.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- Deliver advanced concepts in Next.js (SSR, routing, APIs)
- Guide students in building full-stack applications
- Cover authentication, APIs, and deployment
- Conduct project-based learning sessions
Required Skills:
- Strong command of the MERN stack
- Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, performance optimisation)
- Knowledge of REST APIs & modern frontend practices
- Deployment experience (Vercel, AWS, etc.)
Experience: 1.5–5+ years
