Role Description The Technical Trainer (Entry Level) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The trainer will deliver engaging classroom and lab-based sessions on core technical and placement-focused topics, following FACE Prep’s curriculum and training methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to learners on their performance and skill gaps. The role also involves mentoring students on interview preparation, coding practice, and problem-solving strategies, as well as collaborating with senior trainers and program managers to continuously improve training content and learning outcomes. The trainer is expected to maintain a professional learning environment, track student progress, and support batch coordination and reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong technical fundamentals in programming (e.g., C/C++, Java, or Python) and data structures/algorithms suitable for entry-level training.
- Candidates should possess skills in logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and problem-solving to guide learners through placement-focused prep.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills to engage diverse groups of students.
- Candidates should possess basic curriculum design or content creation skills, with the ability to prepare slides, exercises, and practice questions.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, patience, and an orientation toward learner success and mentoring.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, or trainer (including internships or campus roles) is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning management systems, and online coding platforms to support training delivery is an advantage.
