Role Description
This is a full-time WFH role for a Technical Trainer Civil 3D. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training in 3D designing tools and software, designing training modules, and conducting assessments to measure trainee performance. Day-to-day tasks will involve creating and updating course materials, providing individual and group training sessions, and collaborating with teams to ensure that learning outcomes align with current industry standards. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate participants effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Training, including hands-on experience with 3D designing tools and related software
- Solid skills in Training & Development and the ability to design interactive, effective training modules
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants and convey technical information clearly
- Proficiency in delivering group and individual training sessions, and evaluating trainee progress
- Relevant experience in technical training or education; a background in engineering or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage training schedules and materials
- Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in 3D designing and training methodologies is highly desirable
