Role Description
This is an internship role for a Technical Trainer, based on-site in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will deliver technical training sessions, develop and update training materials, and evaluate trainee progress. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, supporting trainees in acquiring new skills, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer. The role requires an enthusiastic individual passionate about equipping others with technical knowledge and fostering skill development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Training, Training & Development, and delivering tailored technical learning programs
- Strong Communication skills to effectively deliver training and engage with trainees
- Experience in conducting training for diverse learners and adapting methods to suit different learning styles
- Enthusiasm for supporting professional growth and creating impactful learning environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with the technology and digital marketing industry is a plus
