Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, and ensuring participants gain in-depth technical knowledge. The Technical Trainer will assess learners' progress, identify training needs, and propose strategies to improve learning outcomes. Collaboration with other teams to align training objectives with organizational goals will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in delivering Technical Training and leveraging effective Training & Development methodologies.
- Strong skills and experience in designing and conducting training sessions for Technical Trainers and employees in technical roles.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with modern training techniques, tools, and resources is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and tailor training content to meet diverse learner needs.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in technical education is a plus.
