Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer based in Gurugram. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver technical training programs, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with learners' needs. Responsibilities include developing instructional materials, presenting technical concepts in a clear manner, conducting hands-on training, and providing ongoing support to learners. The trainer will also assess training effectiveness and collaborate with other teams to ensure continuous development and improvement of training modules.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Training, including designing and delivering technical training programs
- Strong skills in Training & Development, with a focus on creating effective instructional content
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to varied audiences
- Experience in working as a Technical Trainer or in a similar training role
- Ability to assess the impact and efficiency of training programs
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools, trends, and topics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related field preferred
