Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Technical Trainer to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru location. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, developing engaging course materials, hosting interactive sessions, and mentoring participants to ensure skill development. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness, refining materials, and staying updated with the latest technical trends.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer
- Strong skills in Training & Development and the ability to design and implement training programs
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences
- Passion for mentoring and guiding participants to achieve their learning objectives
- Familiarity with industry-relevant technologies and a commitment to staying updated
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or demonstrated technical proficiency
- Experience in higher education or corporate training is a plus
