Role Description
Ventragate Technologies is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to lead and manage our technical training initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and running the overall training program while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and AI Trainers who deliver specialized AI training. You will also conduct technical training for internal employees and ensure high-quality program execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and run end-to-end technical training programs.
• Coordinate AI trainers and SMEs.
• Manage training calendars, schedules, and batches.
• Conduct technical training sessions.
• Monitor attendance, assessments, and learner progress.
• Gather feedback and improve training quality.
• Develop and update training materials.
• Organize employee upskilling initiatives.
• Prepare training reports and metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for trainers and learners
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role.
• Experience managing technical training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms. Preferred Skills • Corporate training experience.
• Exposure to AI/ML or emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with LMS.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple trainers and SMEs
