Role Description The Technical Trainer role at TERV PRO is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs and workshops for learners and professionals, focusing on current technologies and tools relevant to the organization’s offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training sessions, creating learning materials and assessments, updating content based on feedback and emerging trends, and providing individualized guidance and mentoring to participants. The role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts and the Training & Development team to refine curricula, measure training effectiveness, and support continuous improvement. The Technical Trainer is expected to maintain high standards of communication, actively engage learners, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication and Training skills to engage diverse learner groups and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in educational technology, software tools, or related technical domains is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Chennai, manage time effectively, and adapt training methods to different formats (in-person and online).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered training practices.
