Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, preparing training materials, and tailoring training sessions to meet the needs of the organization. Additional responsibilities include evaluating trainee performance, providing feedback, assisting with technical queries, and collaborating with other teams to ensure successful implementation of training goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development, including technical training and designing effective learning modules
- Strong understanding of Technical Training methodologies and the ability to deliver technical content effectively
- Demonstrated skill in communication, including the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner
- Experience in assessing training outcomes and facilitating learning sessions
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and digital tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred
- Prior experience in teaching or technical training within the education or software industry is an advantage
