Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer based in Bengaluru. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver hands-on technical training programs to individuals and teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Responsibilities will include creating training materials, conducting assessments, providing feedback, and keeping up-to-date with advancements in relevant technical fields. The trainer will foster an engaging and productive learning environment to help participants achieve their professional goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Training and a strong background in Training & Development
- Proficiency as a Technical Trainer with experience delivering comprehensive learning sessions
- Strong Training skills, including the creation of materials, assessments, and evaluations
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with participants and address their queries effectively
- Demonstrated ability to adapt training techniques to suit diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience with instructional design tools and e-learning platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in emerging technologies and relevant certifications is advantageous
