Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai, for the role of Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, designing training materials, delivering training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training processes. The trainer will work collaboratively to develop tools and facilitate sessions that enhance learners’ technical capabilities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Training and hands-on experience as a Technical Trainer
- Proficiency in Training & Development techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts
- Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs
- Adaptability to different learning styles and the ability to inspire and engage learners
- Prior experience in the education or corporate training field is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or educational field
