About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to join the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality training sessions on core Computer Science subjects and emerging technologies.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and hands-on training for students.
- Develop training materials, course content, and assessment modules.
- Mentor and guide students in projects, internships, and skill development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into training programs.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in placement-oriented training and skill enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in technical training or teaching.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
- Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and basic software development concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
