Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Trainer at ProTalents, you will:
1. Teaching & Content Delivery
- Conduct high-quality, interactive sessions on Python / Web Development / MERN / MEAN (based on your expertise).
- Teach concepts through practical examples, hands-on coding, and real-world projects.
- Design and deliver structured lesson plans that match industry standards.
2. Student Mentorship
- Guide students through assignments, debugging, and project development.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions, code reviews, and mock interviews.
- Help learners build technical portfolios (GitHub projects, websites, apps).
3. Curriculum & Content Development
- Contribute to curriculum creation, updates, and improvements.
- Develop quizzes, exercises, mini-projects, and assessments.
- Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
4. Classroom & Session Management
- Maintain engaging sessions for batches of 20–25 students.
- Ensure a positive, motivating, and supportive learning environment.
- Record and share hybrid/online content as needed.
5. Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with founders and the academic team to improve outcomes.
- Participate in workshops, bootcamps, and promotional events in colleges.
- Provide inputs for placement support and student progress tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
You should have expertise in ONE or more of the following stacks:
1. Python Trainer:
- Python fundamentals, OOPs
- File handling, error handling
- Flask/Django (optional but preferred)
- SQL basics
- API basics & project building
2. Web Development Trainer:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- PHP basics (preferred)
- Responsive design
- Frontend project building
3. MERN Trainer:
- MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- REST APIs
- Component-based development
- Full-stack project deployment
4. MEAN Trainer:
- MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js
- TypeScript basics
- API integration
- Scalable project development
