Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver training programs, focusing on technical skills development across various domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom or virtual training sessions, preparing instructional materials, evaluating learning outcomes, and mentoring trainees to ensure their professional growth. The trainer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of training programs with organizational objectives while maintaining an engaging learner experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in delivering Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer.
- Strong skills in Training & Development and designing effective training programs.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding trainees, ensuring they meet learning objectives.
- Ability to assess training needs and adapt programs to address industry-aligned skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in technical domains.
- Experience with EdTech platforms, e-learning tools, or creating digital training materials is a plus.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering professional development in trainees.
