Role Description
This is a remote internship position for a Technical Trainer at Mentro. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting technical training sessions, creating and curating training materials, and engaging with trainees to enhance their skills effectively. The role involves collaborating with learners and mentors, delivering high-quality instruction, and ensuring an interactive training experience for all participants.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Training and Training & Development
- Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal engagement
- Experience in designing and delivering effective learning solutions
- Familiarity with developing training modules and technical content
- Ability to work in remote team-based environments
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in mentoring or teaching is a plus
- A degree in a relevant field such as Education, Computer Science, or Engineering is an advantage
