Job Title: Technical IT Trainer – Full Stack & AI
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract (3 Months)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical IT Trainer to deliver intensive, hands-on training programs for engineering students. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for technical interviews and campus placements with leading IT services and product-based companies.
This role requires strong expertise in Full Stack Development and AI-related technologies, along with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured, industry-relevant learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct end-to-end, hands-on training sessions on:
- Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)
- Programming fundamentals (Java / Python / JavaScript)
- Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- Introduction to AI / Machine Learning concepts and applications
- Deliver training in an interactive, practical, and problem-solving-oriented format
Placement Preparation
- Prepare students for technical interviews with IT companies by:
- Conducting mock interviews (coding + conceptual)
- Solving real interview-level problems
- Teaching structured problem-solving approaches
- Train students on coding platforms and test environments used in placement processes
Curriculum Execution
- Follow and deliver a pre-defined industry-aligned curriculum
- Customize delivery based on student learning levels and progress
- Ensure completion of modules within the defined timelines
Student Assessment & Feedback
- Evaluate student performance through:
- Coding assignments
- Assessments and tests
- Practice problems
- Provide individual feedback and improvement strategies
Engagement & Mentorship
- Mentor students on:
- Career readiness
- Technical skill improvement
- Interview confidence
- Maintain high levels of engagement and participation throughout the program
Required Skills & Expertise
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Full Stack Development (React / Angular / Node.js / Spring Boot / Django, etc.)
- Programming Languages: Java / Python / JavaScript
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI / ML concepts
- Familiarity with:
- REST APIs
- Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Version control (Git)
Training & Teaching Skills
- Proven ability to train large batches of students (30–100+)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into understandable modules
- Experience in placement-focused training is highly preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in technical training / software development / edtech training
- Prior experience in:
- Campus recruitment training (CRT)
- Bootcamps / finishing schools / engineering college training programs
- Experience preparing students for companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, or product companies is a strong advantage
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore for the full duration (3 months)
