Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer based in Jodhpur. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for students preparing for roles in the tech sector. Daily responsibilities include creating training materials, structuring course content, and adapting complex technical concepts into clear, engaging explanations. The role involves conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner performance, providing feedback, and supporting students with doubts and interview preparation. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with the training and curriculum teams to update content based on industry trends, placement requirements, and learner feedback.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and experience as Technical Trainers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training program delivery.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal instruction and concise written communication.
- Proficiency in core computer science and programming concepts relevant to campus placements (e.g., data structures, algorithms, aptitude, coding fundamentals).
- Experience delivering training to college students or early-career professionals, preferably in a classroom or bootcamp setting.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments aligned with placement objectives.
- Strong facilitation, classroom management, and learner engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; a background in training or education is an advantage.
- Comfort working with diverse learner groups and commitment to an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
