Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Karur. The Technical Trainer will conduct training sessions, create and deliver technical training programs, and support the development of training content. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, facilitating technical workshops, and ensuring participants effectively acquire the necessary technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Training, with the ability to deliver training on a variety of technical topics
- Experience in Training & Development and designing effective training programs
- Strong Communication and presentation skills for engaging and clear delivery
- Capability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences and learning styles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of the latest industry tools and techniques is a plus
