Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer full stack development based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, assessing trainees' learning progress, and ensuring that they gain the necessary technical competencies. The role also involves developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing support to team members and employees. Collaboration with other departments to identify training needs and stay updated on the latest technical trends is a key part of the position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Training and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs
- Experience in Training & Development with a focus on fostering skill-building and team development
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences and convey complex information clearly
- Familiarity with industry best practices in technical education and training methodologies
- Ability to adapt training approaches to suit various learning styles and individuals
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Certification in Training or Technical Training is a plus
- Previous work experience in software, IT, or a related technical field is desirable
