Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate Technical Programming Trainers specializing in Python, Java, and Data Structures to join our dynamic team. This role is aimed at engineering students, with a focus on equipping them with practical, industry-relevant programming skills that are crucial for their placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on Python, Java, and Data Structures to engineering students.
● Design and update course materials, assessments, and hands-on projects to ensure industry-aligned learning.
● Provide personalized mentoring and support to students, enhancing their problem-solving and coding skills.
● Conduct mock interviews, coding challenges, and project-based assessments to prepare students for placements.
● Collaborate with the placement cell to align training content with the needs of top recruiters.
● Stay updated with industry trends and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies into the curriculum.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proficiency in Python, Java, and Data Structures with a strong grasp of algorithms and system design.
● Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in software development or programming.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
● Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide constructive feedback.
Preferred Skills:
● Familiarity with placement processes in tech companies.
● Experience with competitive programming platforms and tools.
● Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., C++, JavaScript) is a plus.
