Role Description This is a contractual, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Bhuj (Gujrat) and Jaisalmer (Rajasthan). The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for client organizations and internal teams, using a mix of classroom, workshop, and hands-on formats. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating structured curricula and training materials, and adapting content for different skill levels and roles. The role involves conducting training sessions, tracking learner progress, evaluating training effectiveness, and preparing reports and feedback for stakeholders. The Technical Trainer will collaborate closely with HR consultants, subject matter experts, and client partners to ensure training solutions align with organizational goals and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong training design and delivery skills, including curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitation of classroom or workshop sessions.
- Candidates should possess solid technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and explain software tools, HR systems, and technology platforms in clear, accessible language.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences, simplify complex concepts, and provide constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, such as needs assessment, data-driven evaluation of training outcomes, and systematic documentation of learning materials.
- Candidates should possess collaborative and stakeholder management skills, including partnering with HR teams, managers, and subject matter experts to align training with business objectives.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer in a solar power plant is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role, with the flexibility to manage multiple training projects and schedules.
