Job Summary
Apollo Computer Education is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to students, job seekers, and working professionals. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom and online sessions, ensuring effective learning outcomes, mentoring learners, and supporting skill development initiatives across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs in assigned subjects and technologies as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and project-based learning activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance and mentoring.
- Evaluate assignments, tests, and project work, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Support placement readiness through interview preparation, resume guidance, and soft skills coaching.
- Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to enhance training quality and student satisfaction.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in the respective domain are preferred.
- Prior training, teaching, or industry experience is an advantage.
