Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Technical Trainer role based in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering technical training programs tailored to meet the needs of students, faculty, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include facilitating hands-on training sessions, creating technical educational content, assessing skill gaps, and providing feedback to promote mastery of technical competencies. The role also involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and contributing to the development of a robust training curriculum. The ideal candidate will collaborate with university leadership, industry partners, and other stakeholders to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Training and ability to deliver effective training sessions
- Proficiency in Training & Development practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proven track record as a Technical Trainer or in a relevant training role
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and training tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, education, or related discipline
- Experience in academic or corporate training environments is a plus
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and cultivate an inclusive learning atmosphere
