Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver effective technical training programs, evaluate trainee performance, and cultivate an engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include creating training materials, assessing individual and group learning needs, and providing consistent feedback to trainees. The incumbent will collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment with organizational training objectives and ensure the development of job-ready skills among trainees.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Training and Training & Development methodologies
- Expertise in delivering high-quality training in technical subjects and skills
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective knowledge sharing
- Experience in designing and updating training materials and curriculums
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar training-focused role
- Familiarity with modern training techniques and tools
- Capability to assess, measure, and report training outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or related discipline
- Experience working with CRT or EdTech companies is a plus
