Job Title: Technical Trainer / Aptitude Trainer
Location: Parul University , Vadodara – Gujarat
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred (freshers with strong technical and aptitude skills can apply)
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Technical Trainer – Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions on Java, DSA, and Full Stack Development
• Prepare technical training materials, assignments, assessments, and coding practice tasks
• Guide students on coding practices, problem-solving, debugging, and project development
• Conduct mock interviews, coding tests, and technical doubt-solving sessions
• Train students for technical interview rounds and placement preparation
Aptitude Trainer – Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Prepare aptitude worksheets, mock tests, practice questions, and assessment materials
• Teach shortcut methods, problem-solving techniques, and exam strategies
• Conduct aptitude tests, group discussions, and interview preparation sessions
• Support students in placement preparation and competitive exam readiness
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java , Python, C
• Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Experience in Java Full Stack Development:
o Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular preferred)
o Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
o Database: MySQL / MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, and deployment basics
Aptitude Skills:
• Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning
• Verbal Ability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
