An associate of mine is getting into manufacturing & selling of Aluminium & upvc windows & doors . We are looking for technical trainers in Delhi and chennai / hyderabad .
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer specializing in aluminium and UPVC windows, based in Delhi. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for shortlisting & finalizing a comminity of Windows installers, training them on installation process , usage of proper tools and techniques, and general soft skills . He / she will sldo be reeuired to conduct audits at ongoing sites , to check for process compliance . This includes developing training materials, delivering hands-on demonstrations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines. The role also involves providing technical support, evaluating training outcomes, and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications and experience
* diploma in any technical field.
5+ years exoerirnce
- in training of Aluminium and UPVC installation
- Strong communication skills for delivering effective training and demonstrations
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in the building materials industry.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical issues and provide reliable solutions.
- Prior experience in technical training or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in tools and equipment specific to aluminium and UPVC window operations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi and travel in north ss required
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Remineration / sakary will be the best in industry.
