About the Position
The Department of Training & Skill Development invites applications for the position of Technical Trainer in MERN with DSA, Cyber Security & Cloud, AI & ML, and Data Analytics. We are looking for passionate trainers and industry professionals with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience to deliver industry-oriented training and prepare students for successful technology careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training in MERN Stack with DSA, Cyber Security & Cloud, AI & ML, or Data Analytics.
- Design and conduct practical sessions, coding labs, projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students for internships, certifications, hackathons, coding competitions, and placements.
- Develop and update training content aligned with current industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Conduct placement-oriented technical training, mock interviews, and skill development sessions.
- Collaborate with industry experts for workshops, guest lectures, live projects, and certification programs.
- Track student performance and contribute to curriculum enhancement and institutional initiatives.
Eligibility
- B.Tech./M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching, training, or relevant industry experience.
- For the position of Training Head, a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory, along with strong academic, industry, and leadership experience.
Desired Skills
- MERN with DSA: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Cyber Security & Cloud: Ethical Hacking, Network Security, SOC, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- AI & ML: Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision.
- Data Analytics: Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Statistics, Data Visualization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
