Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Technical Team Member at CLR Facility Services Pvt Ltd, located in Hyderabad. The role involves providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting for various technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of facility management systems. The candidate will be required to interact with clients, resolve technical concerns promptly, and maintain the quality standards of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing technical problems and implementing solutions.
- Proficient Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally and effectively.
- Experience in providing proactive Customer Service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A diploma or degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in facility management or a similar technical role is an added advantage.
