Technical Team Lead
Experience: 7–12+ years
Location: New Delhi, India (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and
retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical
solutions
• Design and develop scalable, secure applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure
• Ensure best practices in system design, microservices architecture, and API
development
• Conduct code reviews and guide the team on performance optimization and clean
coding practices
• Provide technical mentorship and support team growth
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time project delivery
• Maintain clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams and
leadership
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET
technologies
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role
• Hands-on experience with Angular and Microsoft Azure
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
