Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical System Integration & Data Architect to manage integrations and data architecture within the SAPIO LIMS ecosystem. The role involves connecting laboratory systems, instruments, middleware, and cloud platforms while ensuring secure, scalable, and seamless data flow across biomedical research environments. Candidates should have expertise in HL7, Kafka, APIs, ETL, Snowflake, and Lab Informatics systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in Integration/Data Architecture
- Strong experience with SAPIO LIMS, Lab Informatics, or ELN platforms
- Expertise in HL7, Kafka, REST APIs, and middleware integrations
- Hands-on experience with ETL, Snowflake, and cloud data platforms
- Experience in biomedical, healthcare, pharma, or research domains preferred
- Strong understanding of data modeling, system integrations, and enterprise architecture
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
