Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Staff based in Wardha. The role involves providing technical support, analyzing and resolving technical issues, and assisting users in troubleshooting equipment or software failures. Operating high end analytical equiments and product development and research activities. Ensuring customer satisfaction and responding to technical queries efficiently will be key responsibilities. Additionally, prompt and thorough communication with end-users to address their concerns is a major component of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills for diagnosing technical challenges and resolving issues
- Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and users
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in technical support or related roles is advantageous
