Technical Support Technician – Bfour Exim Pvt Ltd (Lifecore)
- Installation and commissioning of water ionizer machines.
- Preventive maintenance and servicing of water ionizer systems.
- Troubleshooting electrical and electronic faults.
- Filter replacement and periodic maintenance.
- Testing water quality using pH and TDS meters.
- Diagnosing and resolving customer technical issues.
- Performing basic PCB and SMPS inspection.
- Providing after-sales technical support and customer guidance.
- Maintaining service reports and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with the technical team to resolve complex service issues.
