Role Description
This is a full-time remote Technical Support Specialist - Night Shift role at We360.ai. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the night shift hours.
Required skills:-
· 2-3 years of experience in the related field
· Should have experience in troubleshooting windows, MAC, and Linux operation system
· Having good knowledge of PowerShell script and Bash script
· Knowledge of antivirus, firewall, proxy, VPN, etc.
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field is must
· Having knowledge of software development would be added advantage
