Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist - L1.5 to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will assist users by providing expert technical and customer support. Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining precise documentation of support cases. Additionally, you will contribute to improving internal support processes and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide excellent user experience
- Analytical Skills to identify root causes and develop scalable solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
